1. Promoter Details

The promoter of this competition is Dufflebird.

2. Eligibility

● Entry is open strictly to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over.

3. Contest Period

● Instagram Launch: The contest commences at 7:00 PM AEST on Monday, 25th May 2026.

● TikTok Launch: The contest commences at 7:00 PM AEST on Wednesday, 27th May 2026.

● Contest Close: The contest concludes at 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday, 31st May 2026 on both

platforms.

4. How to Enter

● Entrants must follow both @dufflebird_getaways and @vicgetaways on either Instagram or TikTok.

● Entrants must tag a friend(s) in the comments section of a qualifying promotional post.

● Following and tagging on Instagram and TikTok platforms will qualify as separate entries.

● Entry Cap: There is a maximum of three (3) comments-per-person allowable (with a new person

tagged) on each platform. More than three (3) comments, including the 4th comment/tag and thereafter

on a single platform, will be deemed invalid and will not be considered.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive a "Dufflebird Farm Winter Getaway" valued at approximately $800. The prize

includes:

● Accommodation: Two (2) nights accommodation at Dufflebird Farm in South Gippsland.

● Capacity & Arrangements: Valid for up to five (5) people. There are three (3) bedrooms, one of

which features a single layout.

● Validity: The prize must be redeemed and the stay completed by 1 October 2026.

● Blackout Dates: Redemption is subject to availability. Blackout dates and peak periods apply,

including but not limited to public holiday weekends, school holidays, and major event periods as

determined by Dufflebird management.

● The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Selection Method & Redraw

● The Draw: This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw on

Monday, 1st June 2026 at 4:00 PM AEST using a certified third-party randomizer (such as

Random.org). This ensures every valid entry across all promotional posts has an equal probability of

winning.

● Verification: The potential winner will be notified via Direct Message by @dufflebirdfarm. They must

provide proof of Victorian residency and be verified as a follower of both accounts to claim the prize.

● Redraw Rule: If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, or is found to be

ineligible, they will forfeit the prize. In this event, a secondary random draw will be conducted

immediately to identify a new winner.

7. Logistics, Safety & Liability

● All travel to and from Dufflebird Farm is the sole responsibility of the winner.

● Property Liability: The promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage incurred to

any persons or property during the stay at Dufflebird Farm itself.

8. Privacy Clause

● Personal information collected during this promotion (including names and contact details gathered via

DM or verification steps) will only be used for the purpose of administering and verifying this promotion.
